TAC and LynxSpring team for marketing to OEMs

DALLAS - August 23, 2002 - The original equipment manufacturer group of TAC Americas Inc. has agreed to provide reseller rights to LynxSpring Inc. of Leawood, Kansas.

TAC is a world leader in manufacturing open system building controls. The company's OEM Group offers a variety of programmable controllers and application-specific controllers as well as custom development for temperature control applications geared to the equipment manufacturer. It also provides OEM-oriented software tools as well as web-enabling products and strategies by developing solutions for original equipment manufacturers of temperature control and other building automation applications.

LynxSpring Inc. is the leader in custom applications and value-added services in the open systems HVAC market. LynxSpring provides outsourcing of services for HVAC OEMs resulting in cost savings and design improvements. With its unique capabilities, LynxSpring can provide electronics optimization, LONWORKSr-based programming services, WEB-enablement and marketing assistance to manufacturers of mechanical temperature control equipment.
