BECOME AN OEM PARTNER
The Lynxspring’s OEM methodology is a process designed to assist our OEM partners to receive a solutions released in the minimal amount of time and at a minimum cost. We work with our OEM partners, and the expertise and experience, to produce a control solution from the drawing board to product launch as quickly as possible. The focus is on teamwork with a goal of fast-time to market.
Discovery
Discovery is a process that begins with our engineers working closely with your engineers as a single design team. We identify your requirements and lay them out in a functional specification for the project
Development
During the development phase, Lynxspring implements the functional specification. Tasks are assigned within a team, consisting of personnel from Lynxspring and from our OEM Partner. Lynxspring is prepared to do as much or as little as required by you. Incorporated in Development are sub-processes that Lynxspring has used to reduce cost and ensure a Quality Deliverable.
Deployment
During Deployment, we work with our OEM Partners on a successful roll-out program. Deployment services include: Beta Test Support, Documentation Development, Training Program Development, Marketing Collateral Development Assistance, Trade Show and Seminar Support.
