Chief Marketing & Communications Officer
Marc Petock is a pioneer and leader in guiding the Intelligent/Smart Buildings and IoT movements and pushing them forward.
As Chief Marketing & Communications Officer for Lynxspring, Marc leads corporate planning, vision and strategy for the company’s product offerings, technology direction, defining and implementing marketing programs and initiatives as well as the budgets and people that support them. In addition, he is responsible for creating the company’s corporate and product brand positioning, their evolution and communications.
He also serves as a spokesperson and industry thought leader, often speaking at conferences, and regularly contributing to industry articles and papers. Marc is an advisor to Realcomm and serves on the Board of Directors for Project Haystack.
Prior to joining Lynxspring, Marc was Vice President of Global Marketing at Tridium, where he was instrumental in building the Niagara Framework® into the platform and operating system of choice for the built environment.
Marc’s career began by leading the technology practices for marketing, consulting, and advertising firms. Marc believes that when it comes to marketing, start from humility, not grandiosity; learn everything you can from everyone you can and then and only then — look for gaps and opportunities to innovate.
