Niagara 4 Equipment IP Controller

The JENEsys Edge^® 414 is a compact, programmable IP controller with robust control and automation capabilities. It features 14 built-in I/O points, including digital outputs, analog outputs, and universal inputs, allowing for versatile integration with various building systems. The JENEsys Edge 414 offers reliable performance and ample memory for complex applications.

Its small footprint and DIN rail mounting options make it ideal for space-constrained installations, while its compatibility with BACnet, Modbus, and other protocols ensures seamless connectivity within diverse building environments.

It runs the full Niagara stack and is a fully programmable Niagara field and equipment controller with 14 IO (inputs and outputs) on board. The controller blends the adaptability and flexibility of a freely IP programmable device.

Built on Lynxspring’s extensible Onyxx^® IP hardware platform and Niagara 4, JENEsys Edge 414 enables users to utilize Niagara ProBuilder/Workbench software, Niagara programming tools, and the Fox Protocol for easy setup, programming, commissioning, and control.

Each JENEsys Edge 414 includes perpetual Niagara software maintenance. An APC-3 license allows for two (2) extender modules (Onyxx XM 34IO) to be added to the unit.

The JENEsys Edge 414 allows users to maximize their investment in Niagara and make use of a single layer/one platform, IP architecture across the entire building for real-time access and control. Users experience faster deployment times, reduced setup and management costs, reduced complexity, and the ability to add their own value-added applications.

Built on Niagara 4 and Onyxx^® (an extensible platform), the JENEsys Edge 414 runs Niagara 4 on the edge and is compatible with many existing Niagara 4 drivers, including the Niagara 4 Network (FOX), BACnet, Modbus, Web and oBIX. The JENEsys Edge 414 leverages global capacity licensing and runs on a real-time Linux OS with a fast processor and increased memory capacity.

By following the RMF, additional measures are strategically implemented to help enhance the cybersecurity of their OT and IT systems against outside or malicious threats and to maintain data privacy.
