Taking Niagara 4 to the Edge with Real-Time Control

The JENEsys Edge 514 combines Niagara 4 with Onyxx, a proven IoT edge hardware platform, enabling facility managers, operators, system integrators and contractors to use a familiar user interface (ProBuilder/Workbench software), Niagara programming tools and Fox Protocol.

RMF Accreditation

The entire JENEsys Edge portfolio of controllers are each eligible for accreditation under the federal Risk Management Framework (RMF). RMF is a process used by the U.S. federal government that combines their information security, risk management, and privacy management into a unified set of guidelines they follow for cybersecurity related to operating and managing buildings, facilities, and control systems. The JENEsys Edge 514 has the same general capabilities, same processor, and memory as the JENEsys Edge 534, but with fewer built-in I/O’s (14 vs 34) and a smaller form factor.

Connect an Onyxx XM 34IO to a JENEsys Edge 514

These devices can be connected by their Onyxx Network ports and chained with 2-wire shielded twisted pair cable. Total bus length should not exceed 30 feet.
